This Wild Strawberry Jam is produced using Wild Strawberries from the towns of Ribera and Sciacca, Sicily. The harvest season of this delicate and intense strawberry is relatively short, making it one of the most prestigious and pursued products of the season. Each jar of Uniche & Sicule jam contains over 65% pure fruit.

Ideal to be used on sweets, bread and when combined with cheese.
