At Tasteit, we take pride in providing our customers with products of high quality and flavour. Should there be an error with your order however, get in touch with us immediately.
We have a 100 day return policy, after which unfortunately we cannot fulfill your request. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must present apparent defects.
Making a request
To get a refund, please contact us through our contact page. Complete the form, attach your receipt and include any documents you deem necessary as proof. Finally, specify whether you would like goods-in-exchange or a refund.
Once your inquiry is received, we will send you a confirmation email. After inspection, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, you will receive an exchange or a refund within 10 working days. Please note that gift cards and sales items are not refundable.
