To produce this Mandarin Marmalade, home-grown mandarins are handpicked on the farm in Ribera, Sicily and are then processed within 24 hours to maintain the fresh and natural taste of the land. Each jar of Uniche & Sicule Marmalade contains over 65% of pure fruit and is produced using Ancient Roman techniques by Boiling Fruits. 

Ideal on sweets, bread and when combined with goat cheese.

This product is Gluten Free.

Ingredients: Mandarin, sugar and pectin.
